This Privacy Policy explains how For-Bike (“we”, “controller”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data of visitors and customers of https://for-bike.com, our online shop and bike workshop. It is aligned with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (ZZPL, Official Gazette of the RS No. 87/2018).

2. Data we process

  • identity and contact data (name, email, phone);
  • account data (password hash, customer number, language, delivery country);
  • for a business account: company name and PIB / tax ID;
  • delivery addresses and order data;
  • wishlist, workshop requests and support messages;
  • technical data (IP address, device, cookies, security logs);
  • records of cookie and marketing consent.

3. Purposes

  • running the website, account, cart and catalogue;
  • performing a sale or workshop contract;
  • payment, fiscal receipts and delivery;
  • support, security and legal duties;
  • marketing only with consent;
  • analytics only where we have a lawful basis and consent for optional cookies.

4. Legal bases (ZZPL)

  • performance of a contract, or steps before a contract at your request;
  • a legal obligation of the controller;
  • legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention), balanced against your rights;
  • consent (optional cookies and marketing), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Retention

  • the account while it is active; after deletion we erase or anonymise data we no longer need;
  • orders and fiscal records for the periods required by Serbian tax rules;
  • support messages and security logs for as long as they are needed;
  • consent records while the consent is valid and for a reasonable period after withdrawal.

6. Recipients and processors

  • payment providers (we do not store full card numbers);
  • couriers and delivery services;
  • hosting and technical processors acting on our instructions;
  • public authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

7. Transfers outside Serbia

Transfers outside Serbia follow ZZPL (adequate protection, contractual safeguards or another lawful ground).

8. Cookies

Visiting or using the website does not by itself mean you agree to all cookies. The banner lets you refuse.

  • Essential — cart, sign-in session, language, delivery country and abuse protection. The shop needs them, and they do not require a separate consent. Reject and Essential only do not turn them off.
  • Optional — our own visit statistics, plus Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. They are set only if you choose Accept all. Reject and Essential only mean those cookies are not set.

The choice is stored in your browser. Clear the site data to change it — the banner will show again.

9. Your rights

11. Security and breaches

HTTPS, password hashing, access control. Breach notifications to the Commissioner without undue delay (as a rule within 72 hours where feasible) and to individuals if high risk.

Intended for adults. Under ZZPL, information-society consent from age 15; younger children need parental/guardian consent.

13. Automated decision-making

No solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
