Public Offer
Last updated: 10 August 2026
This Public Offer is an offer by ForBike (“Seller”) to conclude a distance sales contract with any capable person (“Buyer”) on the terms below. Placing an order on the website constitutes acceptance of this offer.
1. Seller
Seller: ForBike — online shop and bicycle workshop in Belgrade, Serbia. Exact legal and contact details are published on the Contact & FAQ page and on invoices/receipts where applicable.
2. Subject
Sale of bicycle parts, accessories, equipment and related goods presented in the catalogue, and — where selected — workshop services booked separately.
3. Ordering
The Buyer selects goods, adds them to the cart and submits an order with delivery and payment details.
The Seller may confirm the order, clarify stock or price, or cancel an order if goods are unavailable, payment fails, or data is incomplete — with notice to the Buyer where possible.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout in the selected currency. The final amount including delivery (if any) is confirmed before payment.
Payment methods may include online card payment and payment on delivery where available for the destination. Online payments are processed by payment providers; ForBike does not store full card numbers.
5. Delivery and pickup
Delivery options, costs and timing depend on country and address and are shown at checkout. Pickup from the Belgrade workshop is available when offered.
Risk of loss passes according to the chosen delivery method and applicable law after handover to the courier or to the Buyer at pickup. More details: Delivery & payment page.
6. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers may return unused goods in original condition within 30 days of receipt, unless an exception under consumer law applies (for example sealed goods that were opened, or custom-made items).
To start a return, contact us via Contact & FAQ or support and follow the instructions. Refunds are made to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the goods, within the time required by law.
Return shipping is usually paid by the Buyer unless the goods are defective or we shipped the wrong item. See also the Returns page.
7. Warranty
Goods are covered by manufacturer and/or statutory warranty. Details are on the Warranty page.
8. Law and disputes
Contracts are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the Buyer’s country of residence where applicable.
We prefer to resolve disputes amicably via support. Consumers may also use competent authorities or courts.
9. Contact
