Delivery & Payment
Delivery times, cost and options depend on your country and address. Exact pricing is shown at checkout.
Delivery methods
Available options depend on the delivery country: courier to your address, weight-based courier (e.g. Bex Express in Serbia), or pickup at the workshop. Cost and timing appear at checkout after you enter your address.
Timing
We process orders on business days. Dispatch usually takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, or after we confirm a cash-on-delivery order. Courier delivery time depends on the region and method.
Card payment
Secure online card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Dina and others depending on country). After successful payment, your order goes into processing immediately.
Pay on delivery
Where available for your country, you can pay the courier for the goods on delivery. Shipping and any COD fee are usually paid to the courier separately — this is shown at checkout.
Pickup
You can collect your order at the ForBike workshop when it is ready. Address and contacts are on the Contact page.
